I provide nutrition counseling and one-on-one mindful meal support informed through the practices of intuitive eating and health at every size (HAES). My priority is to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental environment throughout your care.

I have dedicated my career to counseling clients with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder (BED), other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED), and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), as well as the prevention and treatment of disordered eating.

I received a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education at Teachers College Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University. I have completed over 1200 hours of supervised practice in inpatient clinical and acute care, outpatient practice and food service systems through the Dietetic Internship Program at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA and gastrointestinal nutrition with Mount Sinai’s Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center in New York, NY.

While at a leading outpatient eating disorder treatment center in New York City, I provided nutrition counseling, group education, and meal support to clients in Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care. Most recently, as the dietitian with Barnard College’s Primary Care Health Service and eating disorder team, I offered nutrition counseling for general health and wellbeing, gastrointestinal health, and eating disorder treatment among college students.

I hope to support your journey to a kind and nourishing relationship with food and your body.
